As a professional wedding photographer who’s been in the industry for 5 years at the time of writing this article, I’ve learned that there are SO many important tools that are used to create the one of a kind experience I look to provide for my clients. On the surface it may just seem like all you need is a camera, but as any photographer who’s been in the industry knows that is FAR from all you need to succeed. That’s why in this article we’re taking a look at 3 unique tools that I use in my photography business EVERY SINGLE DAY.

1. Canva

The first tool we’ll take a look at is one that has been a lifesaver when it comes to making my life easier when running my photography business. I’m of course talking about Canva! Canva is a service that is invaluable both for my client experience, my presence on social media, and even just in my day to day life. Canva is a service that gives you the power to design graphics for any scenario you can think of. Between its client guides, images for Instagram, and anything else I need to look cohesive with my branding, Canva is the easiest way to get things done.

2. Dubsado

Next up is Dubsado! Dubsado is the tool that has been the go to for my photography business since I started. It’s my hub for emailing clients, tracking their projects, monitoring and collecting their invoices, and more. Dubsado is a CRM service that takes a while to master, but once you do you are SET!
